Article 1 – Principles
These general terms and conditions set out the entirety of the parties' obligations. Accordingly, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those applicable to in-store sales or sales through other distribution and marketing channels.
They are accessible on the RAPTOR NUTRITION website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any conflicting document.
The seller and the buyer agree that these general terms and conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The seller reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions from time to time. They will apply as soon as they are published online.
If a condition of sale were to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the customs in force in the distance selling sector for companies headquartered in France.
These general terms and conditions of sale are valid until December 31, 2026.
Article 2 – Content
The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the buyer through the RAPTOR NUTRITION website.
These terms only apply to purchases made on the RAPTOR NUTRITION website and delivered exclusively in metropolitan France or Corsica. For any delivery to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) or abroad, please send a message to the following email address: contact@raptornutrition.fr.
These purchases concern the following products: Dietary supplements.
Article 3 – Pre-contractual information
The buyer acknowledges having been provided, before placing the order and concluding the contract, in a legible and understandable manner, with these general terms and conditions of sale and all the information listed in Article L. 221-5 of the French Consumer Code.
The following information is provided to the buyer in a clear and understandable manner:
- the essential characteristics of the product;
- the price of the product and/or the method used to calculate the price;
- where applicable, all additional transport, delivery or postage costs and all other possible costs due;
- in the absence of immediate performance of the contract, the date or time limit by which the seller undertakes to deliver the product, regardless of its price;
- information relating to the seller's identity, postal, telephone and electronic contact details, and activities, information relating to legal guarantees, the functionalities of digital content and, where applicable, its interoperability, and the existence and terms of application of guarantees and other contractual conditions.
Article 4 – Ordering
The buyer may place an order online, from the online catalog and using the form provided there, for any product, while stocks last.
The buyer will be informed of any unavailability of the product or goods ordered.
For the order to be confirmed, the buyer must accept these general terms and conditions by clicking where indicated. They must also choose the delivery address and method, and finally confirm the payment method.
The sale will be considered final:
- after the seller has sent the buyer an email confirming acceptance of the order;
- and after the seller has received the full price.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be handled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
In certain cases, in particular non-payment, incorrect address or another problem with the buyer's account, the seller reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem is resolved.
For any question relating to the tracking of an order, the buyer may send an email to the seller at the following address: contact@raptornutrition.fr.
Article 5 – Electronic signature
Providing the buyer's bank card number online and the final confirmation of the order will constitute proof of the buyer's agreement to:
- the payment of the sums due under the order form;
- the signature and express acceptance of all transactions carried out.
In the event of fraudulent use of the bank card, the buyer is asked, as soon as they notice such use, to contact the seller at the following email: contact@raptornutrition.fr.
Article 6 – Order confirmation
The seller provides the buyer with an order confirmation by email.
Article 7 – Proof of the transaction
The computerized records, kept in the seller's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments made between the parties. Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.
Article 8 – Product information
The products governed by these general terms and conditions are those that appear on the seller's website and are indicated as sold and shipped by the seller. They are offered while stocks last.
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, the seller cannot be held liable.
Product photographs are not contractually binding.
Article 9 – Prices
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force indicated at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.
Prices are indicated in euros. They do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition and indicated before the order is confirmed. Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the online shop's products.
If one or more taxes or contributions, in particular environmental ones, were to be created or changed, upward or downward, this change may be reflected in the selling price of the products.
Article 10 – Payment method
This is an order with an obligation to pay, which means that placing the order implies payment by the buyer.
To pay for their order, the buyer may choose from all the payment methods made available by the seller and listed on the seller's website. The buyer guarantees to the seller that they hold any authorizations necessary to use the payment method they have chosen when confirming the order form. The seller reserves the right to suspend all order processing and delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization by bank card from officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment. In particular, the seller reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being handled.
The price is paid in full on the day of the order, using the following methods:
- bank card
- PayPal
The price may be paid in installments, with an amount and payments spread over a period agreed between the seller and the buyer on a case-by-case basis, using the following methods:
- payment card
- PayPal
Article 11 – Product availability – Refund – Termination
Except in cases of force majeure or during periods when the online shop is closed, which will be clearly announced on the website's home page, shipping times will, while stocks last, be those indicated below. Shipping times run from the order registration date shown on the order confirmation email.
For deliveries in metropolitan France and Corsica, the time frame is 2 days from the day after the buyer placed their order, by the following means: carrier. At the latest, the time frame will be 30 working days after the conclusion of the contract.
For deliveries to the DOM-TOM or another country, delivery terms will be specified to the buyer on a case-by-case basis.
If the agreed delivery date or time frame is not met, the buyer must, before terminating the contract, call on the seller to perform it within a reasonable additional period.
If the contract is still not performed at the end of this new period, the buyer may freely terminate the contract.
The buyer must complete these successive formalities by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by a written document on another durable medium.
The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by the seller of the letter or written document informing them of this termination, unless the professional has performed in the meantime.
However, the buyer may terminate the contract immediately if the dates or time frames mentioned above are an essential condition of the contract for them.
In this case, when the contract is terminated, the seller is required to refund the buyer the full amount paid, at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the contract was terminated.
If the ordered product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. The buyer will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within 14 days at the latest of their payment, or an exchange of the product.
The buyer may return their unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged and unopened.
The refund covers only the cost of the product, not shipping costs.
A 1-month or 3-month pack is considered a single product in itself. If the buyer wishes to obtain a refund for a 1-month or 3-month pack, its entire contents must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged and unopened. If any of the products in the 1-month or 3-month pack has been opened, the pack cannot be refunded.
Article 12 – Delivery terms
Delivery means the transfer to the consumer of physical possession or control of the goods. The ordered products are delivered according to the terms and time frame specified above.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, and the buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any parcel returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. At their request, the buyer may have an invoice sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address by selecting the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice in the mailbox, which will allow the parcel to be collected at the place and within the time indicated.
If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must refuse the parcel and note a reservation on the delivery slip (parcel refused because opened or damaged).
The buyer must indicate on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by their signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, product missing compared with the delivery slip, damaged parcel, broken products…).
This check is considered to have been carried out once the buyer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery slip. The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter no later than two working days after receipt of the item(s), and send a copy of this letter by fax or regular mail to the seller at the address indicated in the website's legal notice.
If the products need to be returned to the seller, a return request must be made to the seller within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made after this period cannot be accepted. Product returns can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions…).
Article 13 – Delivery errors
The buyer must submit to the seller, on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any claim regarding a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality with the information on the order form. Any claim made after this period will be rejected.
The claim may be made by email to the following address: contact@raptornutrition.fr .
Any claim not made according to the rules defined above and within the time limits will not be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the buyer.
Upon receipt of the claim, the seller will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and communicate it to the buyer by email. A product can only be exchanged after the exchange number has been assigned.
In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging, by Colissimo Recommandé (registered), to the following address: 54 RUE GRENETA, 75002 PARIS.
Return costs are borne by the seller.
Photographic evidence and authenticity verification:
In the event of a claim for a damaged or non-conforming product, the buyer undertakes to provide photographs of the product concerned with their original metadata intact (EXIF data, timestamp, geolocation).
The photographs must not have been modified, retouched or generated by an artificial intelligence tool.
The buyer must also provide the batch number shown on the product. The seller reserves the right to ask the buyer for a short additional video of the product, in particular if there is doubt about the authenticity of the photographs provided.
In case of suspected falsification or if the authenticity of the evidence provided cannot be verified, the refund or the sending of a replacement product will be conditional on the prior return of the product concerned, at the buyer's expense.
Any proven attempt at fraud, in particular through the use of images generated or modified by artificial intelligence, may result in a refusal of reimbursement and legal proceedings.
Article 14 – Product guarantees
14-1 Legal guarantee of conformity
The seller guarantees that the goods sold conform to the contract, allowing the buyer to make a claim under the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
If the legal guarantee of conformity is invoked, please note that:
- the buyer has a period of 2 years from delivery of the goods to take action;
- the buyer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L. 217-17 of the French Consumer Code;
- the buyer does not have to provide proof of the goods' non-conformity during the 24 months following delivery in the case of new goods (6 months for second-hand goods).
14-2 Legal guarantee against hidden defects
In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the seller guarantees against hidden defects that may affect the goods sold. It is up to the buyer to prove that the defects existed at the time of sale and are such as to make the goods unfit for their intended use. This guarantee must be invoked within two years of the discovery of the defect.
The buyer may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
Article 15 – Right of withdrawal
Application of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs, which remain the buyer's responsibility.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions…) so that they can be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on this website. In this case, an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be sent to the buyer immediately. Any other method of declaring withdrawal is accepted. It must be unambiguous and express the intention to withdraw.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased and the delivery costs are refunded.
Return costs are borne by the buyer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 48 HOURS IF UNOPENED, and at the latest within 14 days of the seller's receipt of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions set out above.
Exceptions
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the professional's control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose agreed value at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the professional's control;
- for maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by them, within the limit of the spare parts and work strictly necessary to meet the emergency;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
- for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications;
- for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
Article 16 – Force majeure
Any circumstances beyond the parties' control that prevent them from performing their obligations under normal conditions are considered grounds for exemption from the parties' obligations and entail their suspension.
The party invoking the circumstances referred to above must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence, as well as of their cessation. Force majeure shall include all irresistible facts or circumstances, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, beyond the parties' control and which cannot be prevented by them despite all reasonably possible efforts. Expressly, the following are considered cases of force majeure or acts of God, in addition to those usually accepted by the case law of French courts and tribunals: blockage of means of transport or supply, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, the shutdown of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to customers.
The parties will meet to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which performance of the contract will continue. If the force majeure event lasts for more than three months, these general terms and conditions may be terminated by the injured party.
Article 17 – Intellectual property
The content of the website remains the property of the seller, the sole holder of the intellectual property rights in this content.
Buyers undertake not to make any use of this content; any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute the offense of counterfeiting.

Article 19 – Partial invalidity
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid or are declared so pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Article 20 – Non-waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not rely on a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these general terms and conditions shall not be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 21 – Headings
In the event of difficulty in interpretation between any of the headings at the top of the clauses and any of the clauses, the headings shall be declared non-existent.
Article 22 – Language of the contract
These general terms and conditions of sale are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Consumer Code (French Code de la consommation)
Appendix:
Article L. 217-4: “The seller delivers goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
The seller is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when the latter was the seller's responsibility under the contract or was carried out under the seller's responsibility.”
Article L. 217-5: “The goods conform to the contract:
- If they are fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are usually used and, where applicable:
- if they correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- if they have the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect, having regard to the public statements made by the seller, the producer or their representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
- Or if they have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement of the parties or are fit for any special purpose sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and accepted by the latter.”
Article L. 217-6: “The seller is not bound by the public statements of the producer or their representative if it is established that the seller was unaware of them and was legitimately not in a position to be aware of them.”
Article L. 217-7: “Lack of conformity that appears within twenty-four months of delivery of the goods is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. For second-hand goods, this period is set at six months. The seller may rebut this presumption if it is not compatible with the nature of the goods or the lack of conformity invoked.”
Article L. 217-8: “The buyer is entitled to demand that the goods conform to the contract. However, the buyer may not dispute conformity by invoking a defect that they knew of or could not have been unaware of when they contracted. The same applies when the defect originates in materials that the buyer supplied themselves.”
Article L. 217-9: “In the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer chooses between repair and replacement of the goods. However, the seller may decline to proceed according to the buyer's choice if that choice entails a cost that is manifestly disproportionate compared with the other option, taking into account the value of the goods or the significance of the defect. The seller is then required, unless impossible, to proceed according to the option not chosen by the buyer.”
Article L. 217-10: “If repair and replacement of the goods are impossible, the buyer may return the goods and be refunded the price or keep the goods and be refunded part of the price. The same option is available: 1° If the solution requested, proposed or agreed pursuant to Article L. 217-9 cannot be implemented within one month of the buyer's claim; 2° Or if this solution cannot be implemented without major inconvenience to the buyer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the use sought. However, termination of the sale cannot be ordered if the lack of conformity is minor.”
Article L. 217-11: The application of the provisions of Articles L. 217-9 and L. 217-10 takes place at no cost to the buyer. These same provisions do not preclude the award of damages.
Article L. 217-12: “The action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred two years after delivery of the goods.”
Article L. 217-13: “The provisions of this section do not deprive the buyer of the right to bring an action for redhibitory defects as provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code or any other contractual or non-contractual action recognized by law.”
Article L. 217-14: “A recourse action may be brought by the final seller against successive sellers or intermediaries and the producer of the tangible movable property, according to the principles of the Civil Code.
Article L. 217-15: “A commercial guarantee means any contractual commitment by a professional to the consumer to refund the purchase price, replace or repair the goods or provide any other service in connection with the goods, in addition to the professional's legal obligations to guarantee the conformity of the goods. The commercial guarantee is the subject of a written contract, a copy of which is given to the buyer. The contract specifies the content of the guarantee, the terms of its implementation, its price, its duration, its territorial scope and the name and address of the guarantor.
In addition, it states clearly and precisely that, independently of the commercial guarantee, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity referred to in Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-12 and by the guarantee relating to defects of the thing sold, under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.
The provisions of Articles L. 217-4, L. 217-5, L. 217-12 and L. 217-16 as well as Article 1641 and the first paragraph of Article 1648 of the Civil Code are reproduced in full in the contract.
In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, the guarantee remains valid. The buyer is entitled to rely on it.”
Article L. 217-16: “When the buyer asks the seller, during the commercial guarantee granted at the time of the purchase or repair of a movable good, for a repair covered by the guarantee, any period of immobilization of at least seven days is added to the remaining duration of the guarantee. This period runs from the buyer's request for intervention or from the making available of the goods in question for repair, if this is later than the request for intervention.”
Civil Code (French Code civil)
Article 1641: “The seller is bound by the guarantee on account of hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they known of them.”
Article 1648: “The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect. In the case provided for by Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, on pain of foreclosure, within the year following the date on which the seller may be discharged from the apparent defects or lack of conformity.”
